  •  Upon receiving an order for genuine Mazda parts through our website, our team will promptly process the order and check the availability of the requested parts in our inventory. 

  • In instances where the ordered parts are not readily available in our inventory, we will place an order with Mazda UK to procure the required parts.

  • Our team will diligently track the progress of each order and keep customers informed about any delays in availability or shipping.

 
 Estimated Delivery Times

  •  For orders where the parts are available in our inventory, we strive to dispatch them within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
  • In cases where we need to order parts from Mazda UK, the estimated delivery times may vary depending on the
    availability and shipping schedule. We will provide customers with an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of order confirmation.

 

Returns Policy

 
 Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our Parts Department within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue. Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide instructions for returning the faulty product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault and initiate the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as per our warranty policy.

 

Non-Faulty Products

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are not faulty. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility before making a purchase to ensure it meets their requirements. In the event of a change of mind or incorrect ordering, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for non-faulty products.
